Dominique Calleja has been part of the St. Brendan parish community her whole life, graduating from St. Brendan School in 2011.  Dominique then attended Notre Dame Academy.  While in high school, she volunteered at multiple elementary schools in Los Angeles, and during this time, her love for education and shaping the minds of young students grew.  In addition, she helped with the Children's Liturgy during Sunday masses at St. Brendan Church.  She graduated from Mount Saint Mary's University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education. Dominique holds a California Multiple Subject Teaching credential.

Dominique joined the faculty in 2019 in the afterschool care program and served as the 1st grade aide in 2020. She became the 1st grade teacher in the fall of 2021. In her spare time, Dominique enjoys being with her family, especially her cousins, watching the Lakers, and going on food adventures.
