To be considered for admission, the following documents must be completed:

• Completed Admissions Application

• Current photograph of applicant

• Registration/Testing fee (TK & kindergarten - $50; Grades 1 or higher - $25)

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Copy of up-to-date Immunization Record

• Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)

• Copy of First Holy Communion Certificate (if Catholic)

• Most recent report cards; multiple years if applicable

• Standardized test reports; multiple years if applicable

• Recommendation Form from current preschool (if applying for kindergarten)

• Recommendation Form from teacher at current school (if applying for Grade 1 or higher)

• Academic readiness exam (given at St. Brendan School)

Age Requirements

• Children applying for TK must be 4 years old by September 1st

• Children applying for kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1st

• Children applying for Grade 1 must be 6 years old by September 1st

• Children applying for Grade 2 must be 7 years old by September 1st
